A Grateful Thanksgiving

Being grateful for what I have is perhaps the one thing I’ve learned in my adult life that has had the largest impact on my quality of life.

Especially during this year when we’ve all faced so many challenges, focusing on things I’m thankful for has helped me focus, kept my energy up and perhaps uncovered opportunity as I kept my focus and activity up.

How do you stay grateful when life is so difficult? By changing your perspective.

Even when life is chaotic and it seems things aren’t going your way, there are always things to be thankful for. Spending time reviewing things that you’ve accomplished or have in your life can trigger this feeling. With practice, you can visualize things you’re happy with.

This year has been incredibly chaotic but even with everything 2020 has thrown at us, there is still so much to be thankful for and my hope for you is to be able to take a moment to practice some gratitude.
